JIM VARNEY MEMORIAL CORNHOLE CLASSIC - Fall 2004
Although wrought with controversy and drama, Haverford's initial cornhole classic was a magnificent success. Taking place on Parents Weekend, the classic was an example of diversity and intergenerational comradery. The Ring of Champions Pro-Tempore Griffin Vanze and his teammate Peter Barish led the field and gained the title of the first ever Champions of Champions.

THE GOOD-BYE SPENCER WALTERS MEMORIAL CORNHOLE CLASSIC - Spring 2005
The Spencer Walters Memorial Classic saw the opening of the cornhole's current stadium facility on Lloyd Green. The tournament welcomed many new champions while celebrating the appearance of many seasoned verterans. The tournament saw the first and only match-up to date of the returning Jim Varney Classic champs and the Founders Club team of Mark Rembert and Chris Haagen. The tournment was decided under the stars in one of the most exciting battles cornhole has known. In the final point (etched in the minds of those who witnessed it as the most epic in cornhole histroy) Mark showed no mercy, figuritively shoving one up Griffin's cornhole, leaving him no response but to shed a single tear.
"Eat it Peter Griffin"
JESUS CHRIST MEMORIAL CORNHOLE CLASSIC - Spring 2006
The Jesus Christ Memorial stands as the most competitive and anticipated tournment to date. The development of the Lloyd 80's Cornhole Farm System resulted in a shocking increase in the quality and intensity of cornhole competition, heights which may never be met again. Hot new prospects in the Ring of Champions were Nick Mirra, Brom Snyder, Zack Grunau, Nathan Singh, Nick Krefting, & Zack Weiss. The Rookies of the Year was given with a resounding "Yea" to Scott Shepherd and Asher Spiller who rolled through the tournament undefeated, crushing Mark and Chris in dramatic fashion to take the trophy.
