The Haverford College Cornhole Ring of
Champions was founded in September of 2004 on the grounds of historic Haverford College (Haverford, PA). It was and remains Haverford's only
competitive club sport which combines the skills of horseshoes and the
intensity of gladiator fighting.

At its inception, the Ring of Champions became
Haverford's largest club, a title it still un-officially boasts today. While
cornhole has experienced its share of setbacks, including a complete decimation
during the winter of 2006, it has recovered and is stronger than ever.
The coming of the 2006-2007 year brings high
expectations for the Ring of Champions. With the central office relocating to
Lloyd 40’s, cornhole has finally found a permanent home on Lloyd Green. The
Ring of Champions hopes to meet the goal of a 100% participation rate among the
Haverford community for the upcoming year through increased marketing and by hosting
the most extravagant tournaments this side of the Little Miami River.
